2. Making a contract with us
When you buy products on this website, you are making an order.
An order is placed on my website via adding a product or service to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us a valid email address and any other relevant details for your order e.g. entering payment and delivery information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order.
The email address entered as part of the payment process is the email that booking confirmations and links for access to digital products will be sent to.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders.
2.1 Digital Products
For digital products, you will automatically be sent an email with links to access these products, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
2.2 Physical Products
For physical products, you will be sent an email with confirmation that we have received your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order.
When booking a service with Dorothy Waide, you will be sent an email with confirmation that we have received your request, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept this order.
During periods of high demand, notices will be clearly displayed on Dorothy’s website if there will be a significant delay in her ability to fulfil any new service bookings. Any service bookings made during these times must be made on the understanding that Dorothy will not be able to support you immediately.
There is a NZ$15 surcharge for clients based outside of New Zealand.
2.3.1 Dial Dorothy
When subscribing to Dial Dorothy or Super Dial Dorothy services, you will be billed monthly based on your selected subscription duration.
Entitlement of unused monthly hours may be rolled over AT DOROTHY’S DISCRETION

The best way to contact Dorothy is by EMAIL OR TEXT. If you prefer to speak with her it is still preferable to EMAIL OR TEXT in advance so you can formally arrange a time to speak, as she is probably busy with another client and often unable to take calls. THE FIRST PREFERENCE IS EMAIL AS THIS ALLOWS DOROTHY AND YOURSELF TO HAVE CLEAR THREAD OF EVENTS.
You can contact Dorothy between 8am and 7pm Monday to Saturday inclusive. She will respond to you within a maximum of TWENTY-FOUR hours, however she will endeavour to call you within the hour if she possibly can.
2.3.2 In-Home Consultations
For In-Home Consultations, the following conditions apply:
50% deposit payable via the website, rather than payment in full as per other services. Dorothy will be in touch to confirm a date and time. The remaining balance will be payable to Dorothy when she visits.
No additional charge
– Cancellation of in-home consultations:
24 hours or less will incur a charge of 50% of the fee (no refund of deposit).
– Travel Costs:
These will apply for destinations more than 50km outside of central Auckland.
3. Payment options
We currently accept payment from Mastercard & Visa via PayPal.
All prices listed on www.babywithin.co.nz and www.babyhelp.co.nz are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST @ 15% (unless otherwise stated). All prices are correct when published. Please note that I reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.
My prices do not include other charges which may be payable in relation to an order placed from overseas.
The customer may be liable to pay these taxes if they purchase a product or products from our site if required.
5. Website and Credit Card Security
We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol (via PayPal), whereby sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy.
You can help to protect your details from unauthorised access by logging out each time you finish using the site, particularly if you are doing so from a public or shared computer.
For security purposes certain transactions may require proof of identification.
6. Delivery of digital products
The order process for downloadable products is as follows:
1. User adds product to their cart
2. Users checks out and pays
3. After payment the user will see the download links in their email notification
4. Users can then download their files.
Links are able to be downloaded up to 5 times each, and will expire 14 days from purchase.
7. Delivery of physical products
Physical product orders will be sent on to the respective supplier. They will fulfill shipping of products on behalf of Dorothy Waide.
Shipping costs are charged per supplier, and each supplier will ship individually.
For standard delivery please allow 5 days. Rural deliveries may take slightly longer, and if outside of that time you will be notified.
Dimples Shipping Conditions & Return Policy
We take great care in bringing you special and unique products. In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. Your order will be shipped within five working days of receipt.
Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Shipping – New Zealand
If the delivery address is within New Zealand from time of shipping, your order should arrive within five to ten business days (due to our garments being hand embroidered). Please provide only physical address details when placing an order as the courier is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
Shipping – International
International orders may take up to 15 business days (due to our garments being hand embroidered) via New Zealand postal service. (Note: shipping times may vary seasonally).
Dimples by Jane Anne offers a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at dimples.co.nz.
If, on receipt of Dimples by Jane Anne product, you are not completely satisfied, goods may be returned for an exchange or full refund with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Please email your details to firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods must be in unused, unwashed condition in original packaging with labels still attached. We ask that you select your Dimples garments carefully and check sizing before ordering. We have a non-refundable policy on all hardware such as car seats, prams/strollers and nursery furniture. With the exception of faulty goods we cannot refund postage and packaging. We strive to provide you with the highest quality merchandise, please call us if you require advice.
